Have a “usual customer” who is SURE her neighbors Golden is trying to kill her. Since apparently our FOUR visits within a month – all unfounded complaints- didn’t suffice- she complained to my Commissioners that we weren’t doing our jobs, and that she “fell” and hurt herself while walking to her mailbox last night during another “attack”. 

Commissioner for her jurisdiction called me, and begged me to “do something” before someone gets hurt. I tried explain that the super friendly, super trained,  Golden is on an electric fence which he never crosses (we’ve even watched from bushes while she checks her mail to see-never leaves the yard. The owner is super cool and even once walked into the road calling his own pooch to cross the line/ nope). 

So, we went to her house. Of course no answer. Peeked our the window but wouldn’t answer. We danced in her driveway yelling. Dog stayed in his own yard. We went to the mailbox. Dog stayed in his own yard. Walked up and down the road. Dog started running at me…..Stopped at the property line and proudly presented me with….his ball! 🤣🤣🤣

I sent this to the commissioner. As well as my Bodycam footage. 

Later this afternoon owner called County Manager to let him know he had video surveillance at his house- and how cool it was that Animal Control played fetch with his dog for 15 minutes 🤣🤣🤣
